Rebranding

Rebranding…restarting…resurrection

From the highs of my 2018 successes to the despair that followed with the destruction of the Roosevelt Fire later that year, life has been a rollercoaster that has not stopped.  Trying to keep up with the continual challenges has wrecked the health of my family and tested our faith and emotional solidity.

It’s not easy to just bounce back sometimes…

Things finally got to point where I had to start painting again.  In 2022, I put down the carpentry tools and picked up the brushes again.  I started slowly with a few paintings in the studio and solitary plein airs.  They were all terrible.  So, I started again just with drawing and went from there.   The next year saw me fully engaged again:  two art fairs, the Wyoming Artists’ Association convention, Plein Air Fest, Teton Plein Air Painters weekly forays, and joining an art gallery (the Art Shop).

2024 is looking to be just as busy!
